The utility model is a novel and useful solution
of a technical nature, affecting shape, construction
or durable assembly of an object shall constitute
a utility model. The utility model is considered
a useful solution if by the means of that solution
a practical effect is attainable, expedient in the
process of manufacturing or exploitation of the
product.

The utility model application may
relate to one solution only. The application may
comprise various forms of a product, representing
the same technical features of the claimed solution,
as well as of the product consisting of elements
inherently of functionally linked each with another.
Protection of 10 years from the
date of filing/.
Priority: 12 months from the first
filing of 6 months from the date of an exhibition.
The data/documents necessary
for filing an utility model are as follows:
- the name and address of the
applicant,
- a title of the utility model,
- a description of the utility
model,
- drawings /obligatory/
- the name/-s/ and address /-es/
of the inventor/-s/.
- priority data /date and document/
- if to be claimed
- indication of the right of an
Applicant for obtaining a patent /if different
than Inventor/.
- Power of Attorney document,
executed by the authorised representative of
the Applicant, given with the name, surname
and position,
- assignment, if the Applicant
is not an Inventor,
- Priority Document /if a priority
is to be claimed/
- the statement of an Applicant,
confirming his right to a priority, if a priority
document is issued for the other person.
